How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Express delivery takes 1-3 business days.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship to all states and territories with tracking and signature on delivery.

Is shipping free?
Free express shipping is available on qualified orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Products & Condition

What does refurbished mean?
Our refurbished devices are pre-owned units that have been professionally cleaned, sanitized, tested, and restored to full working order. They may have minor cosmetic signs of use but perform like new.

What condition can I expect?
All devices are tested to be fully functional. Cosmetic condition varies - minor scratches or scuffs are normal for refurbished tech. Major cosmetic issues are disclosed on the product page.

Do you include chargers and accessories?
Yes. Every laptop includes a compatible charger. Desktops and iMacs include power cables, keyboard, and mouse.

What software is included?
All Windows devices come with Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Office installed. Mac devices include the macOS version listed on the product page.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do you offer?
All devices include a 6-month Australian warranty covering parts and labour. Some premium devices include 12 months. See our Warranty page for full details.

Can I return a device if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. The device must be in original condition with all accessories. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

What if my device has a fault?
Contact us immediately. If the fault is covered under warranty, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption.
