Warranty Policy

Every refurbished device from Smart Electronix comes with a 6-month Australian warranty covering parts and labour. Some premium devices include a 12-month warranty as noted on the product page.

What Is Covered

  • Hardware failures (processor, RAM, storage, display, motherboard, ports)
  • Battery defects (must hold above 70% health under normal use)
  • Power supply and charging faults
  • Keyboard, trackpad, and button failures

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, cracked screens)
  • Misuse or unauthorised repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, battery capacity loss over time)
  • Software issues or virus infections

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  4. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund based on assessment
