Smart Electronix – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Smart Electronix (“we”, “us”), including our website, Telegram bot, or in-store services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Smart Electronix provides:

  • Sale of refurbished laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

  • Repairs and maintenance services

  • Product consultations, advice, and online ordering

All services are subject to product availability, our policies, and applicable laws.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Minors require parent/guardian consent.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making purchases or using services.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.

  • Payment must be made through approved methods.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

  • Orders are considered accepted only when confirmed by Smart Electronix.

5. Refurbished Devices

  • All devices sold as “refurbished” are tested, cleaned, and certified by Smart Electronix.

  • Devices come with a warranty as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customers should inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible defects must be reported immediately.

6. Return, Refund & Warranty

  • Returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Consumers are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty or misrepresented products.

7. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Not misuse or attempt to hack the website, bot, or systems

  • Not copy, distribute, or misuse any content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Smart Electronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability for defective products is limited to remedies under ACL and our Return & Refund Policy.

  • We are not responsible for data loss; customers must back up personal data before repair or return.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on Smart Electronix platforms are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to NSW courts.
